Dominick's journey has been nothing short of exhilarating, filled with challenges that have shaped his passion for building and maintenance. For 16 incredible years, he served as the Building Superintendent of a magnificent 354-unit, 22-story luxury apartment building in the heart of New York City. At a young age, he mastered complex heating and hot water systems alongside vacuum systems, water pumps, and fire standpipe systems. His dedicated team were problem solvers who ensured every apartment and common area thrived in perfect condition.

In 2004, Dominick made a bold move to Arizona and embrace new opportunities. For three transformative years, he was a Superintendent for a prestigious framing company where he built dream homes—each one a testament to craftsmanship and dedication. However, when the housing market crashed, it was time for him to return to my roots.
​
This led him to become the Maintenance Supervisor for a sprawling community of 4,200 homes in Gilbert. Over his 13-year tenure there, his team and himself took pride in maintaining common areas while ensuring safety at all pools and facilities—a commitment that brought them closer together as we worked tirelessly for our residents' comfort.

Ultimately, Dawson and Dominick reached an exciting turning point; they had enough of corporate life! With passion fueling their decision-they transitioned their part-time business into something full-time—leading them to one of the best decisions they have ever made! Dominick loves what he does because it's about more than just work; it's about creating spaces where people feel at home.

Dawson is an experienced handyman and home renovation specialist with a passion for transforming spaces and making homes shine. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in handyman services, he has dedicated his career to honing his skills and delivering exceptional results that clients can trust. As a certified welder and fully licensed and bonded contractor, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project, whether it’s painting, drywall, framing, or bathroom renovations.

Dawsons journey began as the private community housing maintenance manager for eight years, where he learned the importance of reliability and attention to detail. Each service he provides is not just about fixing things; it’s about creating lasting relationships with clients. Dawson takes pride in explaining every aspect of the work he does on a project so that you feel informed and confident throughout the process.

Coming from a long line of skilled tradesmen he has instilled a deep respect for craftsmanship—a tradition he plans to pass on to his two sons who are learning the ropes alongside him. Family is at the core of everything Dawson does; married to an incredible private practice mental health counselor, and together they navigate life with their six wonderful kids in our blended family.

When Dawsons not busy helping others improve their homes, you can find him enjoying outdoor activities or dreaming about transitioning into farming one day—living off the land has always been a long-term goal of his.
